This Lend Lease commercial development has been built by Bovis Lend Lease. It is on Hickson road opposite the shipping terminals. Greyton was contracted to carry out the vermiculite spray work to the mechanical ventilation ducts including large fan enclosures constructed in a Promatect solid board know as Promatect L500. Greyton also carried out other fire protection systems such as the fire corridor ceilings using the same solid Promatect board as used for the fan enclosures.
