This tower has been built by Grocon over the old Masonic Building in Sydney. The structure is predominantly steel with massive cantilever beams at the base to carry the tower. Greyton was contracted to fire rate the entire steel structure on every level. The product used is ‘Cafco 300’, a vermiculite plaster spray.
