"... Subject: 64-76 Kippax Street, Surry Hills - Fire Separation of Telecom Cable Riser from Fire Stair (East) ...

We wish to express our appreciation for the excellent job you did on the cable riser.

The Promat material is difficult to work with without causing a mess. However, you work a miracle to achieve the objective, swiftly and efficiently with a minimum of inconvenience to our operational building."

Thanks again,

"... Subject: TransGrid Haymarket Sub-station...

Siemens chose Greyton Pty Ltd to carry out the passive fire protection contract at the Haymarket Sub-station because of their reputation as an experienced and professional provider of these services in the commercial and industrial sector.

The scope consisted of protection to all slab and wall penetrations as well as intumescent fire spray coating to the high voltage cables. The work was technically complex due to the stringent requirements of TransGrid and Energy Australia. All areas had to be treated with care due to the sensitive nature of the surrounding plant and equipment. Our programme was critical factor in the project, as the sub station had to be operational in just over a month from when we engaged Greyton.

The work, to a total value of $280K, was carried out in a professional manner by a committed team of tradesmen headed by Greyton's Project Manager, Mike Moore. Greyton delivered within the 6-week deadline to the highest standard and quality.

It is with great pleasure that I can recommend Greyton Pty Ltd to any potential client for passive fire protection works, particularly in high risk or sensitive areas such as this high voltage sub-station."

Thanks again,

" ...Subject: Paddington Fire Stopping...

Due to the proficient manner in which your company has completed the recent fire stopping works that were required for the Telstra Paddington International Telecommunication Centre, I would like to submit this letter of commendation for future prospective clients.

The level of expertise and careful manner in which your staff carried out the fire stopping works, within our various highly sensitive communications areas, was of the highest standard.

Greyton was co-operative at all times to abide by our local regulations regarding security access, site cleanliness and fire alarm isolation. The many small extras that were absorbed by the original quotation price was also appreciated.

I would recommend to any company to consider utilising Greyton for their passive fire protection needs. Their overall knowledge of fire separation has assisted us in deciding to install the best up to date technology and ensure the integrity and fire safety of Telstras' major international communications network site"

Yours Sincerely,

Brett Wickman

" ... HMAS Albatross Redevelopment Project...

To whom it may concern:

Greyton Pty Ltd was awarded the passive fire protection contract consisting of structural steel cladding with vermiculite board and penetration sealing. The contract value was approximately $100,000 which included the new 805/816 Squadron Hangar Facility. The works were carried out in a professional and safe manner in a highly sensitive and secure environment with timely delivery and high quality.

I am confidant in recommending Greyton to any Bovis Lend Lease project particularly remote sites such as HMAS Albatross and would be happy to discuss any further details."
