This project involved sealing of major penetrations, installing Promatetct Walls and Floor barriers, vermiculite spray and Hilti cable coatings. The project at a total cost of $300,000 had to be handed over to Energy Australia/Transgrid in just over a month. Although the schedule was extremely tight, Greyton finished on time and to the total satisfaction to Siemens. This project is one of a number undertaken by Greyton in the ‘Sydney CBD and Inner Suburbs 132kV Cable Project’. Greyton has also worked in the Ventillation Chamber, the Campbell Street Substation and the Existing Surry Hills Substation.
